globalhealth medicare advantage
Less hype. Way more results.
GlobalHealth came to CCG after a Medicare AEP campaign that had promised plenty and delivered considerably less.
They needed a turnaround.
THE CHALLENGE
The previous campaign was filled with dense letters, confusing language and marketing that made Medicare feel even more complicated than it already was.
GlobalHealth needed to generate more leads and enrollment applications while making it easier for prospects to understand why their Medicare Advantage plans were worth considering.
THE IDEA
We focused on what people actually wanted from their Medicare plan: more savings, more benefits and a lot less uncertainty.
The campaign used warm, relatable imagery and simple messages like “Hello Medicare savings. Goodbye extra stress.” and “Enjoy more of these days.” instead of making people dig through paragraphs of Medicare speak to find the point.
For direct mail, we built the AEP cadence around four jobs:
Educate. Inform. Reassure. Alert.
Each touchpoint moved the prospect a little closer to making a decision, while the same campaign idea extended across digital, point of purchase and television.
THE RESULT
The turnaround was pretty hard to miss.
Lead flow increased 113%.
Enrollment applications finished 135% ahead year over year.
Cost to acquire dropped 55% compared with the previous marketing partner.
Close rate exceeded the target by 22%.
Turns out people respond pretty well when you give them a reason to care.
If your Medicare campaign needs a turnaround, reach out. I work with some pretty brilliant minds at CCG who love getting into the weeds, figuring out what’s working, what’s not working, and building a smarter path forward. I’d be happy to introduce you.
Campaign Strategy, Concept Development, Creative Direction, Copywriting
Hi, I’m Marc.
I’ve spent more than 15 years creating award-winning Medicare campaigns that do more than look good. They get people to the website, make the phones ring and turn interest into enrollments.
As a creative strategist, I dig into the data, talk to seniors and listen for the things you’ll never find in a spreadsheet. Then I turn what I learn into a message and strategy that connect with real people and get real results.
I also coached my son’s soccer team for six years.
I don’t even like soccer.
That’s how committed I am to seeing a strategy through.
