I help businesses with brand strategy and messaging, website and digital copy, campaign concepts, content creation and ghostwriting. Sometimes that means starting from scratch. Sometimes it means taking something that already exists and making it clearer, sharper and much harder to ignore.

I work with business owners, marketing teams and agencies that need senior-level creative thinking without adding another full-time person to the payroll. I can jump into one project, work alongside an existing team or stick around when there’s more to do.
-
That’s a perfectly good place to start. You don’t need to come to me with a finished brief. We can figure out what the real problem is first, then decide whether the answer is better messaging, a website rewrite, a campaign idea, new content or something else entirely.

Not everything needs a custom development team. I can build and update Squarespace and other template-based websites, create landing pages and email campaigns, and handle plenty of the day-to-day digital execution myself. I’m also a Creative Director/Copywriter at Cummings Creative Group, so when a project needs deeper design, development, digital marketing or production support, I can bring in the full-service team there. Or, if you already have a designer, developer or marketing team, I’m happy to plug right in. You get the right people without turning the process into a group project from middle school.

I do both. I can create the central campaign concept, shape the messaging and write the copy across digital, video, email, social, print and other channels. I am the Creative Director and Copywriter, which means I care about the big idea and every word underneath it.

Yes. I interview you, listen for the phrases and opinions that sound like you and turn them into content that feels natural. The goal is not to make you sound like a content creator. The goal is to make you sound like yourself on a particularly articulate day.

Yes, when it’s useful. I use AI as a tool for research, exploration and efficiency, not as a substitute for strategy, original thinking or having an actual point of view. The idea still has to be good. The writing still has to sound human. And somebody still has to know when the robot is full of crap.

It depends on the scope. A website rewrite, brand messaging project and full campaign are very different animals, so I price projects based on what actually needs to be done. Tell me what you’re working on and I’ll give you a clear estimate before we get started.
